Enjoy a sense of vitality emerge through core engagement combined with breathing techniques and movement instruction that releases tension and cultivates body awareness.
Develop stable alignment with core activation for strength, flexibility and improved posture. This entry level class has a therapeutic design for the mindful mover who wishes to experience the many benefits of a deep connection to core.
