An Ancient Indigenous Practice - first Sunday of the month at 11:00a
Once a month, Shamanic practitioner, Gailiee Spirit Weaver, shepherds participants on a spiritual journey of inner transformation born from ancient traditions. The meditation practice brings guidance and awareness for healing and deep peace. To invite meaningful journeying, Gailee employs the breath, movement, visualization, deep relaxation techniques as well as utilizing earthy tools such as incense, smudging, drumming, singing and rattling, into the ceremony.

We are a diverse group of practitioners dedicated to cultivating greater compassion, understanding, and wisdom, through the teachings of the Buddha. We practice in the tradition of Insight Meditation, or Vipassana, which offers practices for opening the heart and mind, and seeing more clearly into the true nature of our interconnected existence. We are an open community, and welcome practitioners from diverse spiritual and secular traditions.
Optional meditation instruction at 6:30 for newcomers.
